I have found that one of the best ways to diet or lose weight is to supplement your meal with an Atkins bar. Dr. Atkins diet bars are high in calories but have absolutly no sugar or sugar alcohol and as everyone knows, sugar turns to fat and is carbs. So if you are looking for a really good tasting diet bar or meal supplement to help you lose weight I highly recommend Atkins bars.

There is a large variety of selections and they all taste ridiculously good.

If you are looking to buy Atkins bars in bulk you can go to either the Vitamin Shoppe, Vitamin World, or any local supermarket or vitamin store. Usually you can buy them in a pack of five or a package of fifteen. I perfer the package of fifteen because you get more for your money and they will be gone before you know it! If you decide to buy them individually you are probably making a mistake, unless you eat them very rarely. If you buy them one at a time the are about $2.50 each and you basically just get more for your buck if you buy them in bulk. If you go to a vitamin store you can buy them for about $26 for fifteen bars. If you order them online sometimes it is cheaper.

Atkins advanatge bars are very good for dieting. They are high in protein, dietary fiber and have no sugar! My vote is that the Atkins advantage chocolate peanutbutter bar is the best and if you are looking to buy Dr. Atkins diet bars in bulk you are probably better off buying them online through a vitamin store.

Good Diet Recipes

Since I've been dieting and doing the whole loosing weight thing it has clearly led me to have limitations of the food I want to eat. Recently I came across a really good site which is www.3fatchicks.com. They honestly have everything you could possibly want to know about food and how to make it.

It allows you to look up what type of food you want like appetizers, dips, sauces, desserts and much more. Then when you click on the category it allows you to browse through a list of different recipes that they have come up with and once you click on something of your interest it tells you nutrition facts about the item. It tells you the fat, calories, calories from fat, carbs and more. It also tells you what ingrediants you will need to prepare the dish and then continues to tell you exactly how to do it.

I have found this site very easy to browse through and there are still many aspects of the site which I have not even explored. So far the only things I have looked into on the web page are the food recipes but I'm pretty sure they actually have a lot of other things going on as well. I will soon check into the other parts of the site and let everyone know what I find. The page is a really easy functioning page and truely helps you be able to make something healthy to eat so you can stay on your diet and still get full. Now some people might be thinking how stupid this sounds because the food probably taste bad. Well in all reality I dont think the food tastes bad and honestly because it tastes so good I go out of my way to look up recipes for every night so I can cook them and personally eat them. The best part of it all is I actually really do get full from the food I make.

Not only is the web site a success out of my opinion but I also think that the food is very easy to make. I personally dont mind skim milk as some of us might, I think it tastes just as good as regular milk and because of this I actually choose to drink skim over whole or any other type. If you are like me you will find that most of these recipes use a lot of fat free items but the items actually taste exactly like the regular ones. Some examples of ingrediants a recipe might use are fat free mayo, fat free sour cream, fat free ricota cheese, spinich, skim milk, smart balance butter, egg whites, whole grain pasta, fat free pasta sauce and much more. All of these items actually taste quite similar to the normal food you would be eating and when you see the difference in fats, carbs and calories you will be happy you switched.

I think that everyone should go take a look at this site. The food recipes are really easy to obtain and all you have to do is click on the item to see the nutrition information. You can also do what I like to do and print out the page with the recipe and you can take that to the super market to buy the ingrediants with you and then afterwards use it as a reference guide to help you cook. Weight Loss Supplements

Recently I have become very aware of my body and began working out a lot. I wanted to loose some weight and even though I was dieting and exercising regularly I wanted a little help. I decided that I would go to my local Vitamin Shoppe and check out some of the weight loss supplements that they had. When I arrived I noticed there was a large selection of vitamins ranging from weight gainers to sugar pills.

The first type of supplement I tried was TrimSpa hardcore x32. Obviously like most of us I was drawn to the companies I had seen all over. TrimSpa was actually a really good beginner supplement for kick starting weight loss. It supressed my appetite and had me craving work outs. This was something new to me since I never truely 'enjoyed' working out. After I finished the bottle I bought another one but when that one was finished I decided it was time for a change. I thought that the TrimSpa was not supressing my appetite enough anymore and decided to try a new pill.

When I went to the store this time I asked for assistance so that I can get some incite on which supplement would be the best for what I wanted to achieve. Unfortunatley this time a young guy helped me out and told me to try something called Tight which I ended up not liking. Tight could be a good helper for some of you out there but I personally didn't like it. It supressed my appetite somewhat but it caused stomache pain when I did cardio for a long time.
